Kennet & Avon Canal
The Kennet & Avon Canal is a very picturesque stretch of water, it winds its way through some of the most glorious countryside Great Britain has to offer. The famous flight of locks (pictured right) is just a short distance along the towpath from the Three Magpies.

Wadworth Brewery & Visitor Centre
The famous Wadworth Brewery and Visitor Centre is situated just a mile or two away in Devizes. You can reach it by car or on foot along the towpath of the beautiful Kennet & Avon Canal. The Visitor Centre is free of charge to enter, here you can learn about the brewing process and Wadworth heritage. There is also a gift shop where you'll find an excellent range of Wadworth branded merchandise. Or why not book yourself onto a Brewery Tour where you can see all aspects of a working brewery first hand and then enjoy a tutored sampling of the Wadworth range of beers.
